Dilma Rousseff Remembers Latin America's History of Coups

"In the past, in Latin America and Brazil, there were always elite political and economic interests that were defeated at the polls, and there were no judicial reasons to legitimately remove those in power. Plots were hatched leading to coup d'etats," said suspended president Dilma Rousseff during the impeachment trial against her on August 29, 2016
