Cuban authorities describe new OFAC regulations as 'very limited'

The United States Office of Foreign Assets Control announced amendments regarding regulations on authorized Internet services, assistance to private sector entrepreneurs and the expansion of financial services for the population, including the possibility for Cuban entrepreneurs to open U.S. bank accounts.
