Fallout 4 NOCLIP/FLYING Glitch | After Patch 1.6.9

With this new glitch, you'll never have the need to use the "TCL" console command. That's right, you can fly around while going through every object without being restrained from getting achievements.

- 2nd stage of the "Show No Mercy" Quest

# Recommended: #

- A Weapon and Power Armor

STATUS: WORKING (1.6.9.0.0 and previous versions)
