WATCH: This govt. school's unique initiative to improve school attendance

With a unique initiative to blow whistle to wake up students early morning, a government school in Chhattisgarh’s Gariaband town has become a role model for the entire country.

Every morning school principal and teachers take a tour of villages near the school and wake up students by blowing whistle. One of the students said this initiative has helped them to wake up early, improving their results.

The students admit this unique approach has improved their overall performance.
