Riot police charge at football supporters in Paris

Dramatic footage has emerged of French riot police charging at people throwing projectiles at them.

The video, shot on Sunday night by Remy Buisine, captures the moment a line of CRS run towards unruly football fans.

According to reports, the clashes began after some supporters tried to break into the fan zone after it had reached capacity.

Tear gas and water canons were reportedly used to disperse the crowd.
