Ingredients:
- 25 gm Baby Dry Shrimp
- 25 gm Bigger Dry Shrimp
- 1 cup of desiccated coconut
- 2 tsp of coconut oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 5-6 garlic pods
- 6 medium sized dry red chillies
- few curry leaves
- tamarind water and pulp
- salt
Method:
- Roast the baby dry shrimp and the bigger dry shrimp together
- Add it to the mixer bowl then roast the freshly desiccated coconut till it turns golden then add it into mixer bowl and Grind it together
- In a pan add oil, onion, garlic, dry red chillies and stir them. Add curry leaves, tamarind water and pulp
- Add the everything into the shrimp powder and grind again
- Add some salt and the dry shrimp chutney is ready to be served.
