More bodies continue to be found in the fast-moving floodwaters in West Virginia as a child was found today, bringing the total number of deaths to 14 Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin called the flooding "among the worst in a century for some parts of the state" A state of emergency was declared in 44 of the state's 55 counties
