In the final moments of the fifth episode of “Game of Thrones“ Season 6 "The Door,” fans finally learned where Hodor comes from and, sadly, it costs him his life. What might come as a surprise to some is that the "Hodor" reveal came straight from George R.R. Martin. The reveal of why big, lovable Hodor can only say that word is almost as devastating as losing the presence of a character so innocent and pure
