Instructions for Ginger:
1. Let ginger infuse into hot water as much as possible.
2. Strain this, and freeze in ice cube trays.
3. After frozen, crush the cubes and suck on the chips throughout your day.
Instructions for Peppermint:
1. Boil water and throw in dried peppermint leaves.
2. Steep for 2-4 minutes, depending on desired strength.
3. Drink the tea.
