1. Grind some dry roasted methi (‘fenugreek seeds’).
2. Wet with water to make a paste.
3. Apply to the hair for at least twenty minutes.
Instructions for Bhringaraj:
1. Steep 5-6 tablespoons of Bhringaraj (‘false daisy’) in warm water.
2. Apply to the hair for at least twenty minutes.
