Under pressure, Ethiopia steps up anti-doping fight

Ethiopia has stepped up its commitment to strengthen its anti-doping programmes. Recent high profile Ethiopian doping cases threaten the nation's reputation as one of the top countries in the world for middle and long-distance running. For the first time in national competitions, 35 athletes were subjected to doping tests on 23 and 24 April.
