According to a recent ABC News report, Marriott will begin phasing in towels that are manufactured in America with domestically grown cotton to its U.S. locations.

Marriott is making a notable change to the bathrooms of its U.S. locations.
According to a recent ABC News report, the hotel group will be phasing in towels and bath mats that are made in America with cotton that is grown domestically, too.
While Arne Sorenson, President and CEO of Marriott, believes the transition will take about a year as worn out supplies are replaced, the total commitment is projected to include 2.6 million bath towels and 4.9 million hand-towels produced each year.
