Brick manufacturing consists of five processes. 1.Soil preparation: soil consisting of clay is mined and transferred to a brick production line. it is important to ensure that only clay is used. 2. Crushing and homogenizing: the clay is crushing two times using primary and secondary crushers. This turns it into a fine powder. Water is added and the mixture homogenized in vacuum mixers and curing tanks. 3. Extrusion: the homogeneous mix of clay and water is extruded through a die using an extruding press. The long extruded brick column is cutto size and transferred to drying ovens. 4.
