A documentary about "positive occupation" of empty spaces in London. We are following Phoenix -a veteran London squatter- in the most famous occupied buildings tranformed into art galleries and community centers. Buildings that our modern society would have thought of being "empty" are being filled with ideas and projects by the people that the very same society would have also considered "empty"...

Those occupied spaces are cocooning lots of grass roots initiatives by young peolple who want to change their world, and can inspire us to change the world.
