Don't bite the hand that tries to help you

While on call, I had a no heat call. When I arrived, I was immediately dressed down by a woman who started telling me how to do my job and threatened to call someone else. To which, I replied, "Good luck getting anyone out on a Saturday night at 10pm when it's 5 degrees outside." I then proceed to leave the premises, only to be begged by the assistant manager to "please take a look".

I went up and found all the units working fine. The area in question had a small four ton unit for heat and was jamming out heat, but the area stayed 68°f. Two hours latter, with all the temperature rises in hand, I recommended checking the duct work. They wouldn't let me because the area in question was reserved for a party which was in progress. This video is the therapeutic rant that explains it.
