St. Lucia: Caribbean Countries Evaluate Cop21 Outcome 100 Days Later

It has been just about 100 days since the new universal climate change agreement at the Paris climate talks.
Small island states, particularly those in the Caribbean had maintained that they had most to lose with an ambitious, legally binding agreement to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Our correspondent in Saint Lucia Alison Kentish takes a look at what has been happening in the Caribbean in the 100 days since COP21.
