James Yap, who knocked in 29 points on 12-of-18 shooting from the field, dragged San Mig Coffee past hard-as-nails Rain or Shine side and into the record books with the first Grand Slam in 18 years in the 2014 Governors' Cup before a raucous Smart Araneta Coliseum crowd on Wednesday, July 9, 2014.
