Facebook is rolling out a way to make wishing "happy birthday" to your friends a little more personal.
The company announced a feature on Monday that allows users to record 15-second videos that can be shared to a friend's timeline.
The feature will become available for Facebook users on iOS devices starting on Monday; it will come to Android in the coming months, Facebook told Mashable .
To make a video, visit the profile page of your friend via the iOS app and select the banner video prompt where you would typically craft a birthday message.
The company continues to show off personalized video features around holidays, such as the end of the year and Facebook's 12th anniversary, which assemble photo memories with friends into shareable clips.
