Amanda's Healthy Vegan Boerenkoolstamppot Recipe

Ingredients

1½ bunches KALE or 5-6 cups Spinach
2 lbs SWEET POTATOES
6 VEGAN SAUSAGES (Braadworst)(sliced) -OR- one package SLICED sdsED SAUSAGES and 3 VEGAN SAUSAGES (Braadworst)
1 bunch GREEN ONIONS (CHIVES) (chopped)
2-3 cloves GARLIC (finely chopped)
1/2 AVOCADO
1 cup Almond Milk
SALT and PEPPER to taste
