A former political ally of Nigeria's president returns hundreds of thousands of euros he allegedly received from the country's former security adviser. Lawal Jafaru Isa says he didn't know the money had been linked to graft. Also, Zanzibar’s main opposition leader cautions against a re-run of recent elections. A presidential vote for the Tanzanian archipelago was annulled last October after the electoral commission alleged there had been gross violations.
