Day 1 of the 13 day Yoga session starts with simple asanas and stretches to help you sit and stand properly.

While the body undergoes several changes daily, most of us fail to practice the basics of sitting or standing correctly. So, on day 1 AJ teaches a range of asanas that will prove to be the building block for future Yoga practice. Connect with yourself to live better!
