Former British Parliamentarian and a member of the House of Lords, Lord Nazir recently made a visit to Tharparkar accompanied by a British delegation and Pak Oasis’ team. Their visit was covered by Aaaj TV and Metro TV and was telecast on 23rd November 2015 by Aaj TV and on 24th November 2015 by Metro TV. Lord Nazir and the delegation visited the RO plants and also drank purified water from the plants. They were pleased with the high quality of the water and deemed it as fit for human consumption. Lord Nazir was also appreciative of Pak Oasis’ efforts to utilize alternate energy to run its water filtration plants. He expressed his satisfaction over the work done by Pak Oasis and lauded the efforts of the company for taking concrete steps to tackle the problem of clean drinking water in Tharparkar.
