Costa Rican President in Cuba to Discuss Migrant Crisis

Costa Rican President Luis Guillermo Solis arrived in Havana yesterday to discuss the Cuban migrant crisis in Central America. More than 4,000 migrants are stranded on the Costa Rican side of the Nicaraguan border as Managua will not allow them to enter the country.
