The Sisters actress and The Tonight Show host played a revealing game of "Truth or Truth" on the NBC late-night show, in which each participant asked the other to answer a question, well, truthfully.
Before they put each other in the hot seat, Fallon told his former Saturday Night Live colleague, "Now, Amy, I consider you a very honest person.
After a dramatic pause, Poehler replied, "Truth."
Fallon then asked Poehler what her real voice sounds like, which forced her to stop using an American accent.
Fallon replied, "A CD case of Bon Jovi 's 2005 album Have a Nice Day , but inside is Green Day s Dookie CD.
