Back in August, barber Mike Shelton told one of his young clients if he came back with a stellar report card and kept his grades up, he’d get a lifetime of free haircuts. 
 
Well, after a few months, Kamarian Fox, a 4th grader in Gastonia, North Carolina, returned with proof of his hard work and the straight A’s.
