Censusi do te shtyhet edhe një jave tjetër. Një dite pas mbarimit te afatit te publikuar për fundin e procesit, INSTAT ka pranuar se nuk ka arritur te regjistroje dot te gjithë shqiptaret brenda kësaj kohe.
Edhe pse nuk janë publikuar shifrat e përqindjes se banoreve te regjistruar deri tani, mësohet se anketuesit janë përballur me një numër te larte refuzimesh. I larte është edhe numri i familjeve ku anketuesit nuk kane arritur te shkojnë dot ne këto tre jave. Drejtuesit e INSTAT nuk kane preferuar ta cilësojnë te dështuar procesin edhe pse kane publikuar dy numra falas, duke u kërkuar qytetareve te interesohen vete për regjistrimin. Sipas drejtuesve te INSTAT anketuesit do te rikthehen ne familjet ku është refuzuar censusi, për te marre me pas masa për gjobitjen e tyre.
