Study Finds Race To Be A Factor In Sleep Time

A study found race to be a factor in the quantity and quality of sleep achieved.

Sleep is considered an important component of good health, and research has found that some groups are getting less of it than others, reports the Huffington Post. 
A study published in June of this year found that blacks typically get the least amount of sleep compared to the other groups which consisted of whites, Chinese, and Hispanics.
In fact, black participants got an average of just 6.05 hours of sleep versus 6.85 hours recorded by
