'Bihar results is a personal defeat of PM'

Taking on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul Muslimeen (AIMIM) Chief Akbaruddin Owaisi has said that the Bihar Assembly elections result is a personal defeat of the PM. "It's a personal defeat of Modi. Bihar has voted against communalism," said Owaisi.
