Hondurans Charge Lack of Transparency in Gov't Contracts

Participants in the External Debt Forum being held in the Honduran capital of Tegucigalpa charge that the government has created business alliances over the past five years with private companies and banks to the tune of US$450 million but that the corresponding contracts have been granted with almost no transparency.
