It is estimated that 45,000-100,000 Colombians were forcibly disappeared during the 30 years of the country's five-decade armed conflict. The agreement reached over the weekend between the government and the FARC to search, locate, and identify the disappear and turn over their remains brings hope to family members of the victims who are seeking the truth about what happened to their loved ones.
