Fried Dal (Yellow Lentils)

Ingredients:
- Mung Dal 1.5 cups
- Tomatoes 2
- Garlic 2 tbs
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tbs
- Qasoori Methi 1tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro
- Oil
