How To Change Your Jockey Wheels
If your gears are jumping or you're having difficulty shifting, your jockey wheels may need changing.

The jockey wheels on your rear mech may wear out if you regularly ride in wet conditions or if you're on a mountain bike. Although worn jockey wheels won't necessarily damage your drivetrain, it will work better if you replace them with new ones. Replacing jockey wheels doesn't have to be a functional job - you can replace them with coloured ones to match the colour scheme on your bike.
Daniel Lloyd takes you through how to change your jockey wheels. It's a simple job needing just one tool - the correct size allen key.
