Mexico: New Arrest Warrant Issued for El Chapo Guzman

A federal judge in Mexico has issued a new arrest warrant for Sinaloa cartel kingpin Joaquin El Chapo Guzman, seeking the escaped drug lord's extradition to the United States. On previous occasions Guzman's lawyers have successfully blocked extradition attempts. The Federal Attorney General's Office reported that 13 suspected drug lords have been extradited to face charges in the United States, including the notorious brutal Edgar Valdez. teleSUR
