On Monday, Zimbabwe’s President Robert Mugabe made it quite clear that he does not support efforts by the West to decriminalize homosexuality. 
In the midst of speaking on the matter to United Nations General Assembly attendees, he departed from his prepared speech and shouted, “We are not gays!”
