USA: Dilma Rousseff Sets New Goals for Renewable Energy

Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff, in her address to the UN Sustainable Development Conference, pledged that Brazil would reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 43% over the next 15 years. She also promised to drastically increase the use of renewable energy sources. Rousseff welcomed the normalization of diplomatic ties between the United States and Cuba and urged the U.
