Bolivians Vote on Autonomy Statutes

Nearly four million residents from the Bolivian regions of La Paz, Potosi, Chuquisaca, Oruro and Cochabamba are voting in a Sunday referendum to decide whether to approve autonomy statutes that would provide local governments with greater powers. The move towards decentralization reflected in the statutes is supported by Bolivian President Evo Morales. teleSUR
