Two missing dogs have been found after one of them led rescue teams to their location.
Two lost dogs have been found after one stood guard over the other and alerted the locals in a Lassie-like fashion.
Volunteers with the Vashon Island Pet Protectors had been looking for Tillie and Phoebe for a week.
Over the course of that week, a man reported that he had been repeatedly visited by a "reddish" dog who would then head straight back to the nearby ravine.
The rescue organization followed up on that lead and quickly began searching the ravine's vicinity.
