Colombian Gov't, FARC on Verge of Agreement on Justice

The Colombian government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) are on the verge of reaching an agreement on the difficult issue of transitional justice. The issue is complicated because each side blames the other for the violence and deaths in the 5-decade civil war. Rebel leaders said the agreement includes a definitive bilateral ceasefire.
