Participate in Global Earth Hour 2009

At 8.30pm on 28 March, the Kuala Lumpur Tower, joins a list of notable icons around the globe as its lights are switched off to mark Earth Hour 2009 and therefore, cast a vote for action on climate change. More importantly, Malaysians are being called to come forward and support Earth Hour 2009. In addition to the Kuala Lumpur Tower, the Penang Bridge and KL Sentral will also switch off non-essential lights that night.

Earth Hour in Malaysia is organized and managed by WWF-Malaysia with the immense support and contribution of its Earth Hour partner Leo Burnett Malaysia, media partners such as Media Prima, RTM and ASTRO, and a whole host of local celebrities. More than 300 local organizations have also come forward to show support for Earth Hour 2009 in Malaysia.
