Light being at the place were I meditate.?

this is a fast forward video. my uncle come home, so I went to say hi, and went inside forgetting about the camera (my session) recording. u be the judge. and before discovering this video. I saw this exact light or being in my room at my foot side. when I looked at it it turn its head and dissipate. weird. I won't lie. but u be the judge.
