Ellen Pompeo wears nothing but a doctor's lab coat on the cover of Entertainment Weekly's September 11 issue.
The 45-year-old "Grey's Anatomy" star is featured on one of the magazine's four collectible "Shondaland" covers, which also include a "Scandal" cover and a "How To Get Away With Murder Cover," along with one featuring the show's creator, Shonda Rhimes, with her three leading ladies, Pompeo, Kerry Washington and Viola Davis.
The women discuss sexism in Hollywood, and -- more importantly -- the aftermath of Derek "McDreamy" Shepherd's shocking death in a car accident at the end of last season.
"All of a sudden, Patrick [Dempsey] leaves, and it's like, Oh my God, - Meredith's gonna get killed with Alzheimer's!"
Pompeo says, adding that many of the comments were sexist because, "The show couldn't possibly go on - without the man!"
