Aug 14, 2012, Petaling Jaya: Selangor Exco Dr Xavier Jayakumar is moderator for the State's forum on water. The forum, organised by the Selangor state government to seek a solution to the water crisis that's facing not only the state, but the nation's capital city of Kuala Lumpur and its administrative capital Putrajaya.
