Kugan's family wins civil suit against government

The family of custodial death victim A Kugan today won their civil suit against the police and the government. Opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim is calling on Home Minister Zahid Hamidi to respond to the judge's findings that Malaysia's current IGP was responsible for Kugan's death.
