Date set for Jenapala's suit against PKR

Former PKR deputy secretary-general P Jenapala's suit to stop the party from announcing the winner of the election for the deputy presidency will be heard on Thursday.

Kuala Lumpur High Court judge Justice Aziah Ali set the date in chambers today.

PKR's lawyers have also agreed that no formal announcement of the election results will be made until Nov 28, when the party holds its national congress in Shah Alam.
