Ingredients:
---For the pearls
1/2 cup large tapioca pearls (Buy online http://amzn.to/10ugsVJ)
4 cups water
---For the sugar syrup:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
----For honey milk tea ( per serving)
2 tea bags (black/green/red/jasmine tea etc.)
1 cups boiling water
1 tbsp sweetened còndensed milk
2 tbsp honey
----For strawberry bubble tea ( serves 4)
2 cups frozen strawberries, cubed
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup yoghourt
1/2 cup milk
