Salad Baked Potato

Make some healthy and delicious salad baked potatoes with this SheKnows food how-to!


Ingredients:
Potatoes
Grape tomatoes
Arugula
Medallion Slice carrots
Scallion
Ranch

Steps:
1) Roll potato in foil
2) Bake at 375 fro 45 minutes
3) Slice baked potato down the center
4) Sprinkle with salt
5) Add ranch
6) Top with arugula, tomatoes, carrots and scallion
7) Finish with a drizzle of ranch
8) Serve
