Laguna Beach, California - Art Festival (2015) - Trailer (Documentary)

Went to the annual Laguna Beach Art Festival which is held in Laguna Beach, California on the grounds where they hold the Pagaent of the Masters. This is mostly high end art but I noticed this year that the prices had come down quite a bit. In previous years most of the art on sale went for $5,000 on up.
