In this video, I tryout the Prancercise workout.

If you're just starting out, use lightweight ankle weights.
This was my first time so I'm using stuffed animals.

***BE SURE YOU ARE DRESSED APPROPRIATELY!***
You will need:
1) Comfortable shoes
2) The tightest spandex/yoga pants you can find
3) A professional blazer (if you wouldn't wear it to the office, it's not right for this workout)
4) An eye catching statement necklace
5) Dangle earrings
6) Makeup on point! You need to be nightclub ready.
7) Pile your hair on top of your head so it stays out of your face. Poof it up!

And now just cut the noose and let it loose. Have funnnn!!! :)
