VintageRedline.com pump track ridden by builder Matt Hartman. A pump track is meant to be ridden WITHOUT pedaling, just using the terrain to pump for speed and momentum. You could theoretically go forever around the track, and the many many crossover combos, without ever pedaling, but making it 6 laps without coughing up a lung is impressive enough. It is a tremendous cardio workout, and much tougher than it looks!
