Dilpreet Bhatia is a Singer-Songwriter-Composer and Technologist based out of Mumbai. His song Tere Bin Dil, won in World Music Category of International Songwriting Competition in May 2012. In September 2014, he was selected as Grand Prize winner in Season I of John Lennon Songwriting Contest in the World Music category.
Dilpreet’s collaborations with Indian and International musicians include 6 times Grammy-Award Winning Producer Ken Lewis, Singer/Songwriter Shane Alexander, UK based Producer Shammi Pithia, and Award Winning Producer/Arranger Leslie Lewis of Colonial Cousins.
His music ranges from Punjabi/Hindi Rock ‘n’ Roll and acoustic ballads to Punjabi folk rock melodies. He released his debut album in 2010 with the help of his family and friends with went on to rank in the Top 5 Highest Selling Independent Music albums on ArtistAloud that year. Currently he is working on his upcoming acoustic album.
